Spin Shorts

I have followed Spin design's work for a while. There simple style is backed up by substance. This is something that i aim to reflect in my work.

wanna try sum drugs mate

Here is an interactive flash driven micro-site that informs the viewer about the effects of drugs. The sensitivity of the cursor changes depending on the drug you use. In-between using the drugs it informs you that the police a watching and tracking your emails (strange). I think it is a far cry from experiencing the actual drug, but the interactivity makes something possibly mundane into something engaging.

Go do some drugs

Mito

This video is not strictly type but i was drawn to the simple video transitions with the massive music influence. The music is something that can be the driving force behind a simple type idea.

Seblester

Seblester has some really technical printed type, here it has been developed further into 3d animation.

Mr Bond

I enjoyed the little treats the latest bond film had to offer, "Quantum Of Solace". The hand crafted type was the work of Tomato, which provided the location cards.

Type Design

Don't Shoot Think

I like the idea of producing a typeface and then promoting it through a flash animation.
